CONDITION: Returned items must be new, unused, with original tags and packaging. Once hair extensions are installed, worn, or altered, they are non-returnable.
DEADLINE: No returns/exchanges are accepted after 5 days from the delivery date.
A 30 % restocking fee will also apply to all orders if:
-Customer ordered the wrong product and wants to return item(s)
-Customer changed their mind after placing an order and returns item(s)
After you have received email confirmation of the return being accepted by Navlynn Extensionz LLC, pack the item in the original packaging, and mail it to the provided address below. Please note, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be altered! There are no exceptions!!
WRONG ADDRESS
For the prevention of credit card fraud, certain orders may necessitate ID verification before shipment. In cases where your billing, banking, or credit card details do not align with the information on record with the credit card processor, we may ask for supplementary information. Additionally, for some first-time customers, we will reach out to confirm your identity as the cardholder.
